North Star Boys, a game studio founded in 2018 by former Ubisoft employees, is launching 1155 ‘you are my star’ NFTs with Front Row. The company released the first batch of these collectibles on October 26th and will continue to release them regularly every Tuesday at 9pm EST as they work towards their goal to create 50x more stars than there are people in North America.
North Star Boys (NSB), the sensational Asian-American group, made their first NFT drop on Front Row and sold out in an hour.
The “you are my star” single NFTs, which were available on the international NFT marketplace Front Row for only $10, were in high demand from fans of the burgeoning content group.
Only a few bundle packs, each costing $30, are still available on Front Row.
A total of 1155 NFTs, including digital and physical benefits like invitations to exclusive events, meet-and-greets, VIP tickets to performances, autographed goods, and more, were distributed by NSB.
The “you are my star” NFTs include 15-second excerpts from the group’s first music video and celebrate the release of their first song.
The seven-person band NSB was established in August 2021, and since then, they have amassed millions of fans on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
For their inaugural video and NFT collection, the North Star Boys created experiences with fans in New York City.
Oliver and Sebastian Moy, co-founders, are joined by Regie Macalino, Ryan Nguyen, Justin Phan, Darren Liang, and Kane Ratan. Additionally, they are run by Tyler Bray, a longtime buddy and Forbes 30 Under 30 Entrepreneur.
Selling out of our first NFT drop in an hour totally exceeded our expectations, according to Sebastian Moy. We received messages from people letting us know how simple it was to buy NFTs through Front Row’s platform.
“With the Stars’ backing, we are incredibly enthusiastic about what the future will bring for the North Star Boys’ entry into Web3,” Oliver Moy said.
“As we continue to create music, we hope to unleash additional NFTs, including a utility-based NFT soon. In order to better interact with their audience, we want to encourage other independent musicians to include Web3 into their work.

The “you are my star” NFTs include clips from the group’s exciting trip to New York City that were put together to make their first music video.
The song is a tribute to their supporters, whom they refer to as “stars,” and NFTs may also be bought using Apple Pay for a simpler approach.
With such a low pricing point, NSB sought to make their initial release very inclusive, bringing as many of their followers into the Web3 world as they could.
Unlocking deeper, more meaningful relationships with their followers is something NSB firmly thinks upcoming technologies like NFTs can do.
